Mashup of sounds at Fortas Chamber concert

I'm not sure what to make of the Salomé Chamber Orchestra, which performed Monday as part of the Kennedy Center's Fortas Chamber Music Concerts. The ensemble, formed six years ago by the celebrated violist David Aaron Carpenter and his two siblings, Sean and Lauren, has lots of glamour but an incoherent philosophy.
